After breast cancer at 38, SuperMom-in-training changed what's on her plate! Dairy-free recipes, household tips and essential resources for healthier living
March 29, 2014
Your Life in Your Hands: Understanding, Preventing and Overcoming Breast Cancer - Should be on every library shelf in the U.S.
I remain so very grateful to have discovered these books and resources and changed "What's on my plate" in my shopping cart and on our dinner table over 12 years ago.
Would love to hear what you think!
Best health always,
SuperMom-in-Training

Are you saying that eating dairy gave you breast cancer? You're just another quack with a blog!

This book and "Your Life in Your Hands" should be in every hospital's cancer library in the U.S. What we are eating is making us sick!
Keep up the blogging. We are listening.
When you have a heart attack your cardiologist will tell you to change "what's on your plate."
Thankfully my oncologist is recommending a dairy free diet to his pateints and providing access to a professional nutritionist.
